Muse watched Senseless (2008) yesterday night - alone on my laptop. I had to agree with many of its reviews that it was a truly disturbing film. Hard on the stomach too. It had me grimacing and flinching throughout the show. Muse kept plugging and unplugging the headphones in bid to lessen the intensity of the horror unfolding on the screen.
It was amazing how the sheer willpower to live could push a person to survive the most horrifying ordeals both mentally and physically.
This film was based on a book by Stona Fitch which was described as a disturbing and contraversial novel by readers. Click here to read more on the book at the author’s site.

Word of advice, this film is really not for those with a weak stomach or heart. So don’t blame me if you get a heartattack while watching it or decorated your beautiful rug with your dinner.
P/S: Muse is now very curious about the book itself. Hoping she can get her hands on it sometime soon.
